Dear Miss Freud,
Just a short note to congratulate you on the completion of an excellent series of The Media Show - I hope it's not too long before you are back gracing our screens once again. What a pleasant change it is to have an obviously intelligent female presenter who is not afraid of appearing in jeans and of passing the odd cheeky remark. [I thought the "rubber" jewellery in the last programme was a bit saucy - around our way, it's the chaps that wear those sorts of things - but it did cause me to chuckle.]
Now here's a thing: have you ever considered defecting to the BBC? You strike me as just the sort of person who would make an ideal presenter on The Late Show - they could do with a bit more irreverence to liven them up. I hear that Mrs. Dunant from that show is currently with child, so perhaps you could step into her shoes. Mind you, I don't know whether the BBC pay as well as the Channel 4 lot!
