Mr B Mulroney, Prime Minister,
The Parliamentary House of Canada,
29th March, 1990.
Dear Mr Mulroney,
I just thought I should send you a brief note to offer you my congratulations on being Prime Minister of Canada.
My friend Craig, who is very good at geography, tells me that yours is a very beautiful country famous for its lumber industry and for not being quite sure which language to speak. Personally, I reckon English beats French any day of the week, but I suppose I'm probably a bit biased. What do you think?
